Eurostars funding information for Iceland
SME
Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.
Icelandic funding body, Ministry of Industry and Commerce through the Icelandic Centre for Research (Rannìs), funds R&D costs for SMEs participating in our Eurostars programme.
As an Icelandic small company, you could receive up to 80% of project costs in grants for industrial research OR up to 60% of project costs in grants for experimental development.
As an Icelandic medium-sized company, you could receive up to 75% of project costs in grants for industrial research OR up to 50% of project costs in grants for experimental development.
The maximum funding amount is a grant of approximately 360,000 euro per project.
Large company
Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.
Icelandic funding body, Ministry of Industry and Commerce through the Icelandic Centre for Research (Rannìs), does not fund R&D costs for large companies participating in our Eurostars programme.
Participation is possible but large companies need to self-fund their participation
