Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.
Turkish funding body, the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), funds R&D costs for SMEs participating in our Eurostars programme.
As a Turkish SME, you could receive a grant covering up to 75% of your R&D project costs.
Large company

As a Turkish large company, you could receive a grant covering up to 60% of your R&D project costs.
Research organisation or university
Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.
As a Turkish higher education institution, public research centre and institute, training and research hospital or research infrastructure within the scope of Law No. 6550, you could receive a grant covering up to 100% of your R&D project costs.
You must have at least one Turkish company in your consortium. The combined budget of these organisations cannot exceed more than 50% of the total project budget of Turkish participants in your consortium.
